Ross Haven is a Modern Workplace Practice Architect (Microsoft practice) with Softchoice. For the last 7 years, he was in the role of Sr. Microsoft Solution Architect. He provided technical pre-sales engineering for customers interested in implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Microsoft Enterprise products. This includes technical roadmaps, IT business planning, white boarding, and Professional Service scoping.

Mr. Haven has over 20 years of experience in implementing, managing, and advising on Microsoft technologies and services. He was an employee of Microsoft for 9+ years and has held various IT Management and Director Roles (AIG, Perot Systems, Brinks) where Microsoft was a key technology. He assists customers with identifying and understanding IT Business challenges and how to best utilize Microsoft technologies to overcome them.
Luisa Colmenares
Innovation Manager
Luisa Colmenares is passionate about Collaboration Technologies, End User Experience and Business Value. In her 15+ years of professional career, Luisa has had the opportunity to be hands-on for designing and deploying Collaboration Solutions (Cisco and Microsoft mostly). Luisa has been advising customers on the best solution for solving their collaboration challenges. She also managed offer development and go-to-market strategy for Collaboration solutions.

Currently, Luisa leads a team focused on creating new and improving existing End User Productivity (EUP) services for Microsoft and Cisco solutions. Divided by Adoption Services, Microsoft Modern Workplace and Cisco Collaboration practices, the team develops Softchoice EUP Services, increases capabilities, helps educate PreSales and provides guidance on delivery expertise.
